- Cautions
Cautions are given when there is sufficient evidence for a conviction but it is not considered to be in the public interest to institute criminal proceedings. Cautions have traditionally been most used for juvenile and first time offenders. - Celibate
An unmarried person who has taken a religious vow of chastity or to abstain from sexual intercourse - Civil Partnership
