Council for voluntary service and volunteer bureau (to be renamed centre) for Teesdale and Wear Valley with a second office in Barnard Castle.
We offer support, information training and resources to members and groups in both districts. We recruit and signpost volunteers. We develop and support volunteering agencies and opportunities. We are the lead body for both districts community networks, a partner in various SureStart initiatives and the Sport Action Zone.
