NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity
Equality North East are pleased to offer the above course.
This is relevant to everybody living in a diverse society, especially those working to promote equality and diversity. It supports employers who need their workforce to be knowledgeable in this topic.

- effects of stereotyping and labelling
- effects of prejudice and discrimination
- how the workplace creates a diverse working environment
- how the workplace maintains and monitors equality and diversity
- the value to the organisation in creating and maintaining a diverse environment
The training will take place over three days:

Tuesday 27th September
Thursday 27th October
