EHRC announces its work programme for 2014/15
The Commission has substantively delivered all of its business plan commitments for 2013/14. This was a busy and successful year which we intend to build on in 2014/15.
For 2014/15 we have set out a programme of work to tackle entrenched inequalities and protect the human rights of everyone in Britain, including people in some of the most vulnerable situations across England, Scotland and Wales. The programme includes:
� Safeguarding people with mental health conditions in State detention.
� Investigating concerns about working arrangements in the cleaning sector.
This programme of work will help the Commission to promote and enforce the laws that protect our rights to fairness, dignity and respect.
