The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) in Scotland is carrying out a programme of work in 2013/14 to monitor listed public authorities compliance with the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012.
�Measuring Up? Monitoring Public Authorities performance against the Scottish Specific Equality Duties� was published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Scotland in June 2013.
