Delivered by Equality North East Training and Consultancy Services, the region's leading provider of equality and diversity training.
Although the programme is appropriate for anyone who wishes to advance their knowledge of equality and diversity in a vocational context, it is particularly suited to those who manage or supervise staff, as well as anyone responsible for promoting diversity or formulating equality and diversity policies in their workplace.
The NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity aims to increase:
- understanding of equality and diversity concepts
- awareness of how these issues impact upon organisational processes, management and delivery
- individual and organsiational diversity experiences, skills and practices[/items]
