Funded NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity

Delivered by Equality North East’s Training and Consultancy division, the region’s leading provider of equality and diversity training.

The NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity aims to increase:

• understanding of equality and diversity concepts
• awareness of how these issues impact upon organisational processes, management and deilvery
• individual and organisational diversity experiences, skills and practices

The course combines tutor lead group training days with self study distance learning materials in order to meet learners’ individual needs.
Although the programme is appropriate for anyone who wishes to advance their knowledge of equality and diversity in a vocational context, it is particularly suited to those who supervise or manage staff, as well as anyone responsible for promoting diversity or formulating equality and diversity policies in their workplace.

The certificate can be studied as part of a group over 4 training days or as distance learning.

This is a fully funded 12 week programme with assistance from the Equality & Human Rights Commission.
