By supporting ConNEcting for Change, 'Equality Champions' are making a real difference to the people of the region by demonstrating a tangible equality and diversity commitment to their business partners, their customers, their suppliers, their employees and their community. They are also helping to improve economic inclusion for minority and disadvantaged groups by identifying and addressing barriers within employment and entry to employment and training.
