The impact that a range of supportive equality strategies has had on our college is greater learner achievement and retention rate, and positive learner feedback from those who have accessed support form learner consultation sampling, and a raised lesson observation profile which has clearly taken into account equality within the classroom, and increased links with the local community. We have also provided learning and volunteering opportunities for those who wish to access it, which includes learners from minority or underrepresented groups.
