HSBC sexuality discrimination case goes back to Tribunal
A £5m discrimination claim brought against HSBC by a gay former top executive has gone back to the courts.
Peter Lewis, HSBC’s former head of global equities, claims that the bank unfairly discriminated against him in the methods used to investigate allegations of gross misconduct made against him.
