Online Equal Pay Portal launched
There has long been a gender pay gap between men and women working in a range of industries, including finance and technology.
Now, women working in technology jobs can find out all they need to know about what the gender pay gap is and why it is a problem that needs to addressed as well as advice on equal wages in one place.
The free internet resource called Equal Pay Portal has been launched by Shelia Wild, a widely-respected expert on equal pay and former lead on this issue at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Equal Opportunities Commission.
