Building Engagement, Building Futures is the Government's strategy to improve the engagement of 16 to 24 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEETs). On 15 December 2011 the Government launched Building engagement, building futures. This strategy aims to improve the engagement of 16 to 24 year olds in education, training and work.
