LGBT Health Summit 2010

Dear all,

I’m excited to let you know that the LGBT Health Summit 2010 will be open for bookings from midday on Thursday 18th February! You can book your place by visiting www.lgbthealth.co.uk

We are also now accepting expressions of interest for anyone wanting to run workshops, speakers, stall holders and poster presentation. But be quick as applications close 23rd April! You can also do this through the website.

The LGBT Health Summit 2010 is a free event and this year will focus on how emotional health can impact on physical health and vice versa. We want to hear from as many people as possible from all across the UK sharing their ideas on how we can work together to improve services for LGBT people. We especially want to hear from LGBT people themselves who are interested in getting involved in the event, whether behind the scenes or up on stage!

Although the conference is free, we will be planning some evening entertainment on the first day with a cost attached but we will try to keep the costs down as much as possible to ensure you have a great experience and will release more details about this shortly as we start to finalise the programme.

The summit will take place in Hatfield, Hertfordshire and we have provided the option – on the booking form – of you booking your accommodation through us which is both lower cost and means you will be on the University of Hertfordshire site (where we are holding the summit) giving you access to their leisure facilities. Alternatively we can provide any details needed on local accommodation.

If you have any questions about the summit please do not hesitate to contact me.

Otherwise we look forward to meeting you in September!

Kind regards
James Holland
